The university has issued annual sustainability reports since 2007 highlighting activities and achievements toward creating a greener campus. Sustainability Reports are published in a web format to engage readers while reducing paper use.
More than 180 Environmental Metrics reported annually by the Office of Campus Sustainability provide an overview of the university's environmental footprint. This data also informs the Annual Sustainability Report and STARS.
The Energy Management Team provides a building search function to see your building’s utility consumption over a monthly and yearly time frame. If you have any questions or concerns about the building data, please contact your Regional Energy Manager or email us at energyconservation@umich.edu.
The Recycling Team reports annual recycling rates on a per building basis.
