Planet Blue Ambassador Program

Are you interested in sustainability? Become a Planet Blue Ambassador today! Any U-M faculty member, staff, student, or alumni can become an Ambassador by completing five short training modules (see below). Ambassadors lead by example by completing personal sustainability actions. Ambassadors can track their impact (amount of waste prevented, emissions avoided, etc.) on a personalized dashboard.  Ambassadors are encouraged to be sustainability champions in their residence, workplace, building, or school. As an Ambassador you will have access to additional resources, recognition events, training sessions, and monthly e-newsletters to help you! Click on one of the icons below to get started.

Become a Planet Blue Ambassador! Click on the icons above to access the five quick training modules oriented around our campus sustainability goal areas of energy, food, waste, water, and community. You will learn about our goals, progress, how you can get involved, and tips for living sustainably. Once you complete all five modules you will be a certified Planet Blue Ambassador, which means you will receive an official certificate, have access to special information and events, and can use a personalized online Dashboard to log your sustainability actions and track their impacts.

Community members are also welcome to complete the Planet Blue Ambassador training and access a personalized Dashboard for their own use. You can log in to complete the training by creating a U-M Friend Account here (open and free to anyone).
