Planet Blue Ambassadors Training

Support the PBA ProgramThe Planet Blue Ambassador Training is the entry point for any faculty, staff, student, or alumni at U-M interested in sustainability to get engaged. Training content is divided into five modules oriented around U-M’s 2025 campus sustainability goals.  Individuals must log-in with their level-1 Kerberos password, and their progress will be saved if unable to complete the training in one sitting. Once individuals complete the training they are awarded a certificate and given access to a personalized online Dashboard.

Community members are also welcome to complete the Planet Blue Ambassador training and access a personalized Dashboard for their own use. You can log in to complete the training by creating a U-M Friend Account here (open and free to anyone). Users will learn more about U-M efforts in sustainability, local and widespred sustainability issues, and resources for living sustainably as an indivdual, family, or community-member.

The PBA program is a key development in pursuing our commitment to stakeholder engagement and education under the “Community Awareness” 2025 campus sustainability goal area. The Sustainability Cultural Indicators Project (SCIP) tracks our progress in moving towards “a campus-wide ethic of sustainability” through the PBA program and other sustainability initiatives.
