A Planet Blue "Green Team" is modeled after successful "eco-team" programs across the world, found to create lasting sustainable behavior change. The keys to success are:
- voluntary participation
- small, personal sustainable actions
- personal personal impact metrics
- social support
Planet Blue "Green Teams" are designed to be led by a certified Planet Blue Ambassador in their workplace in 6 meetings over the course of three or six months. The guide below is tailored for workplace teams, but it is easily adapted to student, neighborhood, and other groups.
