LSA’s Winter 2011 Water Theme Semester is officially kicking off with two signature events on January 12, 2011.
First, come to the Central Campus Diag at noon to help “break the ice” for the semester with the fun and fascinating Chillin’ in the Diag: Ice Percussion Concert, featuring performances by U-M Music Professor Mike Gould and friends.
That evening, at 5 p.m. in the Michigan League (Hussey Room), don’t miss a special presentation by Cameron Davis, Senior Advisor to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency about "Knowing Our Place: The World's Water and the Great Lakes."
